Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have a right to cancel your purchase within 7 days of receiving the goods. If you wish to exercise this right, you must inform us in writing within the 7 days by post, fax or email to info@agilitywarehouse.co.uk

Your credit card will be credited with the cost of the goods - less any postage if appropriate - within 20 days of us receiving the goods back in 'AS NEW' condition.

Please note that any goods listed on our site that have been personalised are unlikely to be re-sellable and is excluded from the 7 day right of cancellation.

Also note that changes of exchange rates between GBP and the currency in your own country do not constitute a valid reason for refusing goods.

Returns will only be accepted if authorised by us before shipping. Return Postage is at the cost of the consumer not the seller unless the goods are being returned due to being faulty or 'not fit for the purpose advertised.' It is your responsibility to ensure that goods are not damaged during transit back to us.

We will not pay for re-sending items which need to be re-delivered if you are not there to accept the package or do not pick it up at the depot in time.
